DANCE WITH EASE & GRACE

• Learn to make proper footwork feel natural​ - rise, fall, pivots, and heel turns
• Gain  comfortable posture and poise that makes you look and feel like a star
• Learn the proper form for easy lead and follow

• If you are a beginning dancer, this class will give you a strong foundation in ballroom movement and make future classes much easier.
• If you  are an intermediate or advanced dancer, your dancing will  jump to the next level.

This class is open to all levels. We will use exercises and basic figures to train our bodies through all  movement components

Register for the series:

$60  for 4 class series/ $20 drop in
After 1st class, drop in requires instructor permission.
