ABOUT SUZIE
|
My happiest moments have been on the dance floor. I am passionate about sharing my love of ballroom dance with others, particularly with wedding couples and beginners who have never danced before. My teaching style is simple and fun and builds confidence, helping new dancers with the skills they need to feel comfortable on the dance floor.

I also thoroughly enjoy working with more experienced dancers, actors, and performers who want to express more with their dancing and/or want to improve their technique, so that they can more easily and comfortably express what they want to express. I teach dancers of all ages safe ways to move to prevent injury, improve health, and enjoy dancing for the long term.

ABOUT THE DANCES
SUZIE BIO:
Suzie Hardt has been training, performing, and teaching ballroom for over 25 years. She is the author of ballroom books Social Dance Made Simple and Moving as Two: A Guide to Ballroom Dancers, founder of San Rafael Dance Center Suzie's Studio and The Wedding Choreographer, producer of the Come Dance Video Series, cofounder of the community dance site Come Dance Marin, and producer of A Tall Order Dance Entertainment. She and her husband Todd are 4 x U.S. Ballroom & Latin 10 Dance Champions in the Senior 1 division, representing the U.S. at the world championships. They have performed for countless events for corporate, non-profit, and private clients, including Google, Kaiser, LinkedIn, the St. Louis Symphony, appearing on America's Got Talent, Season 8.
